I am totally inspired by nature this season ~ I cannot get enough of it! I adore all the potted plants I have seen in Ballard and Pottery Barn, just to name a few, and decided to create my own. I put these together for no cost… yep. zero. zilch. as I happen to have everything on-hand.
I started by planting the baby trees (dug up from our property) into glass mason jars. Then I placed the mason jar in one of my *favorite* glass hurricanes (love.these.things) and filled in the empty space with river rock pebbles.

This is a great idea. I love bring the outdoors in, and sometimes you can create the most beautiful stuff with what you find in your backyard!
Yes I love simplicity too. I can’t resist the fluff now and then, but I always go back to toning it down. Your little indoor outdoor trees look very nice.
Peaceful and beautiful!
Nice! There’s beauty in simplicity as well as grandeur.
