I hope everyone had a fabulous holiday! Here is a basic project to get back into the swing of things and dress up those plain glass votives! Let your creative juices flow on this one ~ There are so many possibilities…
I started by creating a template. I made two…One with a birdie design here and a blank template here so you can create your own designs!
Print on cardstock and cut out. I used scalloped scissors on the top of the birdie cover to give it a little design.

Sooooo PRETTY…I love candles, so any new and neat ideas for them are always welcome! HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR to you and your family!
Blessings,
Linda
I love the top edge on the first example. I did something similar to this to replace the sleeves that came with my Febreeze Luminary kit: http://madincrafts.blogspot.com/2009/11/febreeze-luminary-replacement-sleeves.html
Stephanie Lynn,
These are great! Thanks so much for the templates.
