February Monthly Meal Plan

February Monthly Meal Plan

Here is my Monthly Meal Plan for February for those who have requested it. It contains 27 meals {as I have left Valentine’s Day open ~ I think I may make a special surf & turf meal}. I have broken it down into 4 separate documents that you can view and print out {just click on the link to view the full document}.
Here is The Meal Plan Menu:
February 2010 MenuThe Individual Meal Recipes with links:
{simply click on the link to be taken to the original website in which you can print off the recipes}
February 2010 RecipesThe Complete Shopping List:
{I simply print this out and cross off the items I already have leaving an organized list for a quick and easy shopping trip} My total bill for this month’s meals was $230.23. This included pretty much everything on the list and ran a little on the high end because it included flour, bread flour, sugar, eight spices, and few other things that I typically already have, but needed to replenish. Keep in mind this averages $8.53 a meal and all recipes make at least 4+ servings. I did not use any coupons.
February 2010 Shopping ListAnd finally The Meat Breakdown:
{this will allow you to sort, package & label your meat & seafood when you get home according to each recipe}
