I’m always open to trying new alternatives for lunches and was excited when I was asked to try a new Good Earth Meal Kit.
100% whole grain, no trans fat, no artificial flavors, no artificial preservatives, no MSG. I just added fresh boneless chicken breast to the Mediterranean Chicken with angel hair pasta kit and, voila! It was a warm filling quick and easy lunch for two. Coming from someone who likes to prepare a home cooked meal I was very surprised at the tasty flavor considering it came from a box.
You will start to see Good Earth Dinner Kits in stores sometime this month. What CAN’T you make with bamboo? It must be the most versatile material there is. I make washcloths out of bamboo yarn … love it!
