Good Earth Review and a Giveaway

I am all about cooking meals from scratch using fresh ingredients but honestly it is very hard for me to stay stranded in my kitchen with the gorgeous weather outside, especially on the weekends. {I want to be outside playing too!} I don't mind dinners so much but lunchtime I find it so hard to stop and come inside to prepare and cook. I am always looking for quick easy filling meals for my hubby who is usually hard at work doing something on my to-do.

I'm always open to trying new alternatives for lunches and was excited when I was asked to try a new Good Earth Meal Kit.

100% whole grain, no trans fat, no artificial flavors, no artificial preservatives, no MSG. I just added fresh boneless chicken breast to the Mediterranean Chicken with angel hair pasta kit and, voila! It was a warm filling quick and easy lunch for two. Coming from someone who likes to prepare a home cooked meal I was very surprised at the tasty flavor considering it came from a box.

You will start to see Good Earth Dinner Kits in stores sometime this month. They will be offering a selection of four delectable meals: Mediterranean Chicken with angel hair pasta, Spicy Citrus Glazed Shrimp with angel hair pasta, Herb Crusted Chicken with mushroom risotto and Tuscan Chicken with penne pasta.

Good Earth is offering one lucky follower the chance to try out a meal kit for yourself with this super cool gift pack. The pack includes a Good Earth Mediterranean Chicken dry dinner kit, two sets of bamboo flatware, two bamboo dishes, a bamboo utility board and a 100% recyclable grocery tote. I just adore the bamboo wear and love the tote.

To enter simply leave a comment on this post. The winner will be chosen by Random.org Friday night.

I'll be back later today with the Sunday Showcases and UPrinting Winner. Enjoy!
This product, gift pack, information and give away were all given to me by Good Earth and myblogspark. Review is based solely on my opinion.

That looks delicious! I, too, struggle with lunch every day. It seems that dinner is "supposed" to take time to make, but lunch should be quick and easy. It seems that it is hard to make something healthy, delicious, and make it quickly. I sincerely hope to win this. I would be ecstatic!

I thought sure I clicked follow you last week, but for some reason it didn't take! That drives me crazy. Because I visit blogs, click follow, and if they don't show up in my reader, I don't realize it. Then when I happen to stop back by, I don't see my picture under "follow". But this time it looks like it "took". :)

What CAN'T you make with bamboo? It must be the most versatile material there is. I make washcloths out of bamboo yarn ... love it!

Ooooohhh boy! Something I might actually be able to cook. I'm lousy at it and need all the help I can get. The selections sound yummy (and look yummy). Plus, there doesn't seem to be any broccoli involved--another big selling factor--ha. Thanks for showcasing what looks to be a wonderful product.
