2013 Project Plans: plus a Ryobi Combo Set & $100 Home Depot Gift Certificate Giveaway

As the second week of the New Year comes to a close, I have been getting excited thinking about some home project plans we would like to tackle in the next eleven months. I love the fresh, promising start each January brings and use it as a catalyst to get ourselves headed in the right direction around here.
Due to the unpredictability of our little guys daily schedule – our project plans are never set in stone…
though it does feel good to at least have outline of ideas to keep us on track
when things are aligned and we are ready to get to work.

Here are ten projects in our plans for 2013:
  • Revamp our desk armoire and office area
  • Add finishing touches to CJ’s indoor sensory playroom
  • Pick out and install new flooring in the bedrooms
  • Add more storage to CJ’s homeschool room
  • Add more hand- built furniture to our diy party deck
  • Install molding below the chair rail in the dining room
  • Makeover the laundry room and add some storage options
  • Revamp CJ’s playground area outside
  • Install new tile in our master bath
  • Add more storage and organization to our diy outdoor storage shed
As we all know a list of home project plans requires a nice arsenal of tools. Through the years we have built up our collection and it is still continuing to grow. This year we would like to add a paint sprayer, chain saw, and band saw to help with some of the projects we have planned.
Many of our current tools are from Ryobi. Besides the performance and versatility of these tools – the value of the Ryobi brand fits perfectly within any diy’ers already overloaded budget.
Ryobi’s newest line of ONE+ tools feature lithium Ion batteries. Lithium Ion batteries produce a consistent charge throughout the life of the battery and last four times longer than other traditional tool batteries – plus they are not damaged by leaving the charger on too long. The battery is compatible with over 50 Ryobi ONE+ products including drills, saws, outdoor power tools and other types of tools
all carried at The Home Depot.
Since we are no strangers to Ryobi tools
and you know just how much
I am thrilled to be teaming up with both of them to pass along the
Ryobi Nation New Year’s Resolution Challenge.
Ryobi Nation is an online community for power tool enthusiasts and talented DIY’ers to share photos of projects and home renovation ideas.
It is also a great resource for inspiration as you can browse through the pages of projects submitted by others. Above are three of my favorites – I absolutely adore the enclosed cooler carts.
I know all my creative readers have projects to share -
uploaded projects with the most votes can win monthly prizes of $500 in Ryobi ONE+ tools.
Plus when you sign up you get access to special offers and exclusive deals on Ryobi power tools.

Compliments of the fine folks at The Home Depot and Ryobi Nation,
one lucky Under the Table & Dreaming reader will receive a
