Peppermint is not only for the holiday season. This time of year the cooling sensation can add a refreshing twist to your sweet summer treats. Pair it with some smooth rich chocolate and one thing instantly comes to mind – York Peppermint Patties.

No Bake Cheesecake with York Peppermint Chocolate Sauce

Butch’s favorite dessert is cheesecake so I whipped up a simple batch of no bake cheesecake filling and infused the peppermint pattie flavor with a rich, creamy chocolate sauce.

I took a bit of a shortcut and melted some Hershey’s® YORK MINIS for the sauce. The new unwrapped, bite-sized minis made it perfectly convenient and it took just a few minutes to transform into a decadent chocolate sauce on the stovetop.

The chocolate sauce can be drizzled on top any dessert – though it’s a pretty tasty addition to the fluffy cheesecake filling sitting on a crunchy bed of chocolate crumbles.

  1. Sounds like such a great and easy dessert to make! Besides, who doesn’t love chocolate and cheesecake? Paired together they always make an awesome match!

  2. This looks amazing. I just happen to have a bag of York Mini’s in the cupboard.
    Thanks for the recipe!

  3. My daughter would love for me to make this for her!

  4. Oh this looks so delicious! My family is not very peppermint friendly, but I love it. This would be something I could make and leave the no bake cheesecake in original state. Then I could prepare different sauces to let my family up to their own choosing?
    Thanks for sharing.
