Shrimp Boil Recipe
Serves: 6-8
  • ¾ Cup of Old Bay Seasoning
  • 5 Onions, Peeled and Quartered
  • 1 Whole Head of Fresh Garlic, Cut in Half (optional)
  • 4 Lemons, Cut in Half
  • 5 Pounds of Mixed Baby Red and Yellow Potatoes
  • 8 Ears of Corn, Husked
  • 3 (16 ounce) Packages of Polish Kielbasa, Pre-cooked, Cut
  • 6 Pounds of Cooked EZ Peel Shrimp, Thawed and Seasoned with Old Bay
  1. Fill a large stock pot ¾'s of the way full of water. Add the Old Bay seasoning and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add in the onions, lemons and potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Add in the corn and kielbasa and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the stock pot from the stovetop, add in the thawed shrimp, cover and let sit for 1 minute.
  5. Drain water and serve.
