An Outdoor Adventure Fourth Birthday Celebration {camping, Jeeps & the great outdoors}

An Outdoor Adventure Fourth Birthday Celebration {camping, Jeeps & the great outdoors}

It is no secret I simply adore putting together a theme birthday party for my little guy. Our little guy was born two months early and survived a rough beginning - his birthday is such a special day to us and we enjoy celebrating the blessing as much as we can each and every year. As most of you already know, our little guy also has autism so it's very important to me to try to create more of an experience for him, than just a party, simply because he doesn't yet comprehend what birthdays are all about. For last years celebration we took Continue reading

A Second Birthday Carnival Extraordinaire

Please bear with me as I have one more party to share! {that is until this years celebration} I am anxious to get back to some craft and decorating projects and promise to do so shortly! But first I'd like to show you my son's second birthday; a Carnival Extraordinaire. This was my favorite party thus far to put together. It took me a little more than six months of planning to coordinate everything however, despite the long hours put in and loads of work it was very well worth it in the end. The invitations were printed on cardstock and Continue reading

It’s a Pirate’s Life Third Birthday Celebration

Ahoy Mates! The Celebration Inspiration Linky Party Starts tomorrow so I thought I would share another Birthday celebration we hosted for our little guy. We went full force with the pirate theme for this one. I was a little apprehensive at first as I thought 'pirates' may be a little too old for our three year old, however with a little creativity we turned it into a fun atmosphere for all ages to enjoy. The invitations were messages in a bottle. I searched forever for the perfect shaped plastic bottle. {Poland Springs Sparkling Continue reading

A Rootin Tootin First Birthday Roundup Party

A Rootin Tootin First Birthday Roundup Party

Howdy Partners! To gear up for the Celebration Inspiration Party I thought I would share our little guys first birthday celebration; A Rootin Tootin Roundup Party. To set the theme for this special day we rented out a barn at a local farm for our venue. The farm happen to have pumpkin picking which is a perfect addition to a fall birthday. The invitations were simply printed on cardstock and assembled. The actual invitation was a 'wanted poster' attached by a jute rein to a Bullseye Horse cutout. I love the added effect of the 3-D jute Continue reading
